Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
In short: Midweeker is a free tool for planning football away trips. It doesn't sell tickets or travel. Always check details with the clubs and travel companies before you book. Use it fairly, keep your password safe, and you can leave at any time.
About these terms
These terms apply to the Midweeker app, run by Midweeker, an independent business based in the United Kingdom (contact: hello@midweeker.com). By using the app you agree to them. Our disclaimer and app privacy notice also apply.
The service
Midweeker shows fixtures, tables, guides and away-ticket information, and lets you plan trips and keep your bookings together. It's free. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop the service, in which case we'll tell you in advance where we can. Midweeker doesn't sell match tickets or travel, and isn't affiliated with UEFA, any club or any travel provider.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over to create an account.
- Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- You're responsible for what you save in it. Don't store other people's personal details without their permission.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
Fair use
Don't misuse Midweeker. That means: don't break the law with it, interfere with or overload it, try to reach other people's data, copy our data or pages in bulk or by automated means, or use it to resell tickets. We may suspend or close an account that does, and tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Information and bookings
We work to keep information accurate, but fixtures, kick-off times, venues, ticket rules and travel change. Always confirm with the official source before you rely on it. The disclaimer explains this in full. Bookings you make through links to other companies are between you and that company, on its terms.
Our content
The app, its design, the Midweeker name and logo and our guides belong to us. You can use them to plan your own trips and share trip links with friends. Club and competition names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the matches.
Our responsibility
Midweeker is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on information in the app without checking it, or from other companies' services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Midweeker changes. We'll tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
